2008 Fabulous Food Show


The Fabulous Food Show, a large-scale food and wine show for consumers, is back at the IX Center this November 14-16, 2008. And once again, the Cleveland Wine School will host the Wine & Spirits Tasting Pavilion featuring more than 50 wineries, 250 wines, 25 beers, a chic Bubble Lounge and a spirits pavilion. In addition, we will conduct tutored-tastings on the Wine Theatre Stage throughout each day.

Wine is crafted to go with food and at the Fabulous Food Show there are many opportunities to sample and learn about tasty foods at the show including:
  • Main Kitchen Theatre featuring high-energy daily performances by popular celebrity chefs including Culinary Celebration Theatre. An intimate theatre featuring top-ranked culinary professionals from around the country featuring celebrity chefs Paula Deen, Michael Symon, Guy Fieri and Curtis Stone.
  • Taste of the Neighborhood Stage featuring daily presentations by top regional chefs.
  • The Chocolate Bar offering cakes, cookies and chocolate fondue fountains in one dessert pavilion.
